what is "free talk" ?

hello, everybody~
This will be the first article for my little blog...but what the
heck is free talk?
guess i am just being too lazy to find a proper name
for my blog and i am not sure how to categorize it...
just want to share the things i want to say and my point of view for
news, financial markets..etc.
as i am not used to commit to something that requires a lot of
attentions or time in maintainance, so i would just update
this blog as much as i want to..no pressure, no burden...its just me.
